We are thrilled and proud to host the 1st International and 7th Geriatric Oncology Congress with International Participation from November 13–15, 2026, at the Intercontinental Hotel in Istanbul. Organized with the support of the Geriatric Oncology Association and our partners, we look forward to welcoming you to this scientific gathering.

 

With the aging population worldwide, the vast majority of cancer cases are now observed in the elderly. This demographic shift has made geriatric assessment, multidisciplinary approaches, and personalized treatment strategies tailored to the elderly more critical than ever in oncology practice. While our conference provides a comprehensive platform for sharing the latest scientific advancements, research findings, and clinical experiences in the field of geriatric oncology, this year’s focus is on the concepts of healthy aging and longevity, with the goal of maximizing quality of life in older adults.

 

In line with this vision, we will take an in-depth look at the integration of AI-powered diagnostic systems, digital health monitoring tools, and innovative technological advancements offered by modern medicine into geriatric oncology. By placing not only the patient but also their loved ones—the unsung heroes of the care process—at the center, we will discuss support mechanisms and psychosocial approaches. In this scientific program, where we will blend the possibilities of science and technology with a human-centered approach to care, we aim to jointly shape the future standards of elder care.
