NOTIFICATION SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

• The language for submission and presentation of the paper is Turkish.

• The author presenting the paper must upload it to the system. The name of the presenting author must match the name of the participant who submitted the paper.

• Applications submitted in writing, via email, fax, or other methods will not be accepted.

• For an abstract to be included in the conference proceedings, the presenting author must be registered for the conference. Submissions should not be submitted on behalf of someone else.

• The entire evaluation process for the submitted papers will be communicated to the author via their email address.

• The abstract should be no more than 350 words.

• The number of keywords should be a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5.

• The authors bear the scientific and legal responsibility for this publication.

• The maximum number of images/photographs is 2, and the maximum number of tables is 2.

• The Scientific Committee members will evaluate the submitted abstracts using a blind peer review method to determine their scientific quality and suitability. After the peer review process, the acceptance or rejection of the abstract will be notified, and authors will be asked to make corrections if necessary. Accepted abstracts will be presented at the congress.

• Authors' first and last names should be filled in according to their order in the study.

• The names of the institutions where the authors work must be clearly stated.

FEEDBACK

• Submitted abstracts will be evaluated via the online system, and an email containing your abstract evaluation result will be sent to the address provided in the system for the author who submitted the abstract.

• Participants whose submissions are not accepted will receive a full refund of their registration fees.

• If accepted abstracts are not presented at the congress or are withdrawn, no refunds will be given, and the organizing committee will decide whether or not they will be published in the proceedings.

• We recommend completing the payment before receiving the acceptance letter after the notification is sent. There is no risk involved, as the payment will be refunded if acceptance is not received. However, if payment is not made before acceptance and the early registration period ends upon acceptance, you will be required to pay the late registration fee.

 

ORAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

• The time and date for oral presentations will be announced after the submissions have been received.

• To avoid communication issues, please remember to enter your email address and mobile phone number when registering with the system. Applications without contact information will not be considered.

• The organizing committee and Dalya Tourism are not responsible for any incomplete or incorrect information entered.

• Unless the submission has been sent to the scientific committee and is locked, corrections to errors and omissions in your submission can be made through the online system until the final submission deadline.

• Abstracts that do not adhere to the abstract writing guidelines and specified rules will be excluded from evaluation.
