Participation in Scientific Meetings, Satellite Symposiums, Exhibition Areas, and Paper Presentations
Congress materials (name badge, scientific program, certificate, congress bag), digital congress abstract book, coffee breaks and lunches are included in the registration fee.
Registration is required for everyone who wishes to attend scientific meetings as an audience member or as a company representative.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Accommodation fees include 2 nights' stay with breakfast at the INTERCONTINENTAL Hotel.
If the single room price has been paid in advance, (In a double room)
The additional cost for a spouse/companion staying with you is 5,500 TL per night (including VAT).
Those who have paid for a companion cannot attend the congress or sessions. "Room prices are for a 2-night package. The package cannot be split."
TRANSFER FEES
The one-way transfer fee from Istanbul Airport to the Intercontinental Hotel is 6,000 TL + VAT.
The one-way transfer fee from SAW Airport to the Intercontinental Hotel is 7,500 TL + VAT. Please send your transfer requests to ilker@dalyatur.com.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
To finalize your congress sponsorships, booth participations, satellite symposiums, and registration & accommodation and transfer requests, please submit your requests in writing to Dalya Tourism Congress & Organization Services via fax, post, or email.
• Once you receive the confirmation email and your payment is complete, the services, sponsorships, or other arrangements you requested will be finalized and become valid.
